Residential or Online – You Choose!
Students who want to experience Purdue have the freedom to choose courses that best fit their summer plans. We offer residential and online options!
Residential Option
High school students looking for a short but impactful stay on campus should consider our intensive 1-week and 2-week opportunities. Move-in and orientation for each experience will occur on Sunday, and class sessions begin on Monday. Courses end and move-out occurs on Friday afternoon after a full week of making friends, exploring campus, and gaining college credit! View the list of short-term courses. All short-term courses are residential only and are not offered for online/distance learning or as a commuter option. To learn more about eligibility and what is required to apply, check out this page on applying.
Online Option
Purdue offers multiple entry-level online courses that can apply to your future plan of study or transfer to another institution. Courses run for 4-12 weeks, depending on the module you select.
